Cultivating Careers, our core program, addresses professional and personal growth and development and is unlike any other workforce training in Iowa. Our holistic training approach connects individuals to their purpose to obtain meaningful, living wage, and stable employment.

Project IOWA has utilized its ability to develop a comprehensive curriculum using multiple disciplines and frameworks, employer feedback, and workforce trends. The curriculum used provides participants with the tools necessary to secure the job they want and to grow in their careers.
