Iowa ProStart Culinary Competition Support

Project Description

Your gift will support the 2025 Iowa ProStart Invitational - a high school culinary competition taking place in the heart of Des Moines on March 4th. Three high school culinary teams will be challenged to create a three-course meal in 60 minutes, using only two butane burners and judged by restaurant and hospitality industry professionals. These students have the opportunity to apply what they’ve learned in the classroom, showcasing skills ranging from teamwork/organizational skills, culinary techniques, food safety, time management, and more!
