Dr. Jennifer Murnane-Rainey is an executive leader, consultant, and educator with extensive experience helping organizations strengthen leadership effectiveness, organizational culture, and strategic performance across the nonprofit, corporate, and government sectors. Throughout her career, Jennifer has driven results in organizations through her executive-level leadership roles spanning finance, sales, marketing, operations, and strategic planning. She has partnered with organizations to navigate complex leadership and organizational challenges, improve team effectiveness, and develop strategies that align people, mission, and performance. Jennifer’s work is grounded in a unique blend of executive leadership experience and academic expertise in human capital, organizational development, and finance. She helped establish the Human Capital Lab at Bellevue University, where she served as the inaugural Director and focused on the measurement of people investments toward organizational goals. In addition to leading her consulting practice, JAM Group, Jennifer is a Professor of Finance and Management at Midland University, where she teaches and mentors future business leaders. She has authored numerous academic and practitioner publications focused on leadership, organizational performance, finance, and human capital development. Jennifer holds a Ph.D. from the Leadership Academy at Iowa State University and an MBA and BSBA from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
